The popular and loved children's game, played by many on long car journeys, captivates the senses of all involved - collectively discovering interesting fragments of the surroundings, that wouldn't be perceived when alone. We invite you on a journey of discovery through the architecture of KNERER UND LANG, delving into the essence of the conceptual and compositional process of the planner, from overviews to the details. According to the leitmotiv "nihil fit sine causa", the design of the project is never a self-purpose, however, the buildings often surprise through their sculptural conciseness, their colour attributes and disciplined details. Thus, a distinctive "edifice identity" emerges. The exhibition will show selected projects, where the joy of creation is evident, from Munich, Dresden, Chemnitz and Augsburg.

Additionally presented are „architectural portraits“ photographed by Orla Connolly, in projects by KNERER UND LANG.

The individually arranged apartments of the students in the Olympic village  touchingly reflect their personal interests and character. And in contrast, the portraits of the WDS-Augsburg staff in their work place radiate an inner confidence.
