The Architekturgalerie München informs about the quality of domestic and international architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture, and supports its public communication. The Architekturgalerie is a platform for discussions on architecture and other related topics that involve study of space, such as photography, video, set-design and sculpture. It presents uniquely created contemporary architecture to public in forms of exhibitions, installations, lectures, debates, films and publications.

The opening nights for exhibitions, also knows as numerous theme nights with lectures, book presentations and discussions, bring together diverse groups of people and promote lively discourse on architecture and planning.
