MAX45
The "MAX45 – 2025" prize for young architects, awarded for the second time jointly by the five North German regional chapters of the Association of German Architects (BDA) together with VHV Allgemeine Versicherung AG and supported by the Association for the Promotion of Architecture, seeks to provide answers from the younger generation to the question of contemporary building. The prize recognizes the work of young firms, aims to give them special attention, and showcases the creative potential of their projects.
The name says it all: the architects must be no older than 45. From a total of 38 submissions, the jury awarded five equal prizes and shortlisted three projects. They also selected nine additional projects from the judging process for inclusion in the exhibition and catalog.
The exhibition will be presented by the BDA Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from November 10 to 26 in the award-winning "Halle für alle" (Hall for All) at the brenn:werk in Wesenberg. It will be open during the opening hours of the café and reading room.
Opening: November 9, 2025, 5 p.m.
