BHP'25 - On the Go

The ZV Austria is presenting the projects nominated for and awarded the 2025 Client Award at the Architektur Haus Kärnten. What does “good” clienthood mean, and how does it foster outstanding architecture, social engagement, innovation, and exemplary collaboration? Since 1967, the Client Award of the Central Association of Architects of Austria (ZV) has explored these questions, accompanied the development of the Austrian architectural landscape, served as a model both domestically and abroad, and documented the forces that shape our built environment and are essential to the development of Austrian building culture.

The Client Award honors not only outstanding buildings, open-space designs, and urban planning solutions, but above all the processes and results of the dialogical collaboration between architects and clients—evident in high-quality, unconventional, inspiring, and forward-looking architecture as well as in collaborative construction projects.
