WOMEN BUILD!

As part of the WIA Festival 2025, the BDA Schleswig-Holstein is showcasing female architects in and from Schleswig-Holstein. Their work, their lives, and their attitudes. Through their diverse biographies, the professional work and personal development of numerous female planners from the northernmost state can be discovered.

The exhibition, presented at the Molfsee Open-Air Museum, was developed by the WiA Schleswig-Holstein working group and explores the work and lives of outstanding women in Schleswig-Holstein in this still male-dominated profession. Women Build! Female Architects in Schleswig-Holstein is part of the accompanying program for our special exhibition "Well-Tempered. For Climate-Friendly Architecture!".
