The Jean Massart Botanic Garden in Auderghem, created in 1922 for the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) by botanist Jean Massart and landscape architect Jules Buyssens, is celebrating its centenary.

It's a unique opportunity to rediscover this hidden gem which, with almost 2000 plant species, is one of the richest botanic gardens in Belgium. From May to September 2022, numerous events are organized to mark the anniversary such as exhibitions, guided tours, activities for children and adults, puppet theatre, lectures, night cinema, etc. A wide range of options for all ages to get to know this beautiful corner of the Sonian Forest.
