The Great Repair

ARCH+ and munyu present The Great Repair: umunyu, an international exhibition that explores the contradictions between growth and ecology through the lens of architectural material culture.

The exhibition, which has already been shown in Berlin, Malmö, and Paris, brings together artists, architects, researchers, and social activists from Kenya and around the world, presenting perspectives from art, architecture, and spatial practice that view “repair” as a social and design paradigm. It highlights new norms and values of coexistence and demonstrates how acts of care, maintenance, resistance, and reconstruction can shape a more just and egalitarian future.
