How would we like to live, how can we live tomorrow?
From 25 September, the Stiftung Insel Hombroich will be showing the exhibition Raumortpraxis: Impulses for New Life Designs by the architectural firm Hoidn Wang Partner from Berlin. It explores the urgent questions of sustainable living models for the future and presents ideas, visions and concepts for a life of tomorrow using the Niederrheinischen Bucht (Lower Rhine Bay) and Berlin-Brandenburg as examples. The project takes up ideas of renaturation, conversion and sustainable forms of settlement and continues to think about possible ways of life in the context of the energy turnaround and structural change in the lignite mining area.
