The Museum of Architecture (MUAR) and the community of architects TSEKH (bureau Saga, HORA and NOWADAYS office) open the first exhibition within the framework of the joint Laboratory - "No Time".

The MUAR x TSEKH Laboratory is designed to bring together like-minded people from different fields of knowledge for a deep and focused conversation about architecture as an art, craft and profession. The collective practice is aimed at the psychological, social and artistic analysis of architecture, and the prism and starting point for the reflection of the Laboratory participants are objects stored in the funds of the Museum of Architecture.

Preparing for the launch of the Laboratory from the idea to the compilation of the program took a year, and several more months were spent gathering participants. Not only architects, but also artists, researchers and colleagues from other fields were invited to the project, since one of the main principles of the Laboratory is interdisciplinarity. An open recruitment was also held as part of the project, during which more than 70 applications in the form of creative essays and motivation letters were sent to the mail of the Laboratory, which had just started its work. Following the results of the competition, 5 new participants were included in the project.

The exhibition "No Time" will be held in the Apothecary Order - a space that was deliberately chosen by the curators. Since the 17th century, continuously changing its purpose and outline, the building has become a symbol of transformation and renewal. Today it is becoming the site of a new experiment - the first project in the laboratory format at the Museum of Architecture, which will fill the Museum with live action, open the collection for a fresh reading and a thoughtful polylogue about architecture.
