BHP’23
For almost 60 years, the Bauherr*innenpreis der Zentralvereinigung der Architekt*innen has honored outstanding buildings, open space designs and urban development solutions in Austria.
A total of 110 projects were submitted in 2023. All objects were viewed on site in the federal states by nomitated juries whose members do not come from the same federal state in which they work as jurors. During the viewings, the juries nominated a total of 25 projects, which were also visited on site by the main jury. They then chose three prize winners.
Among the award winners is the new KÄRNTEN MUSEUM by Winkler+Ruck Architekten from Klagenfurt and Ferdinand Certov Architekten from Graz.
The exhibition BHP’23 – Unterwegs shows excellent planning from all over Austria. All nominated and award-winning projects for the Austrian Bauherr*innenpreises 2023 will be on display at Architektur Haus Kärnten. The exhibition is a cooperation with ZV Austria and ZV Kärnten.
